摘要
在离散型电子制造企业的信息化发展进程中,因其物料供应不确定、电性能调测为主、多品种小批量、制造成熟度不高等特点,带来了生产计划准确性低和资源管理粗放等现实难题。基于此,从生产工艺设计出发,提出一种面向典型离散电子车间的生产工艺设计方法,建立符合车间产品特点的工艺建模数据,为生产计划准确性和资源精细调度提供结构化数据基础。
In the process of informatization development of discrete electronic manufacturing enterprises,due to its uncertain material supply,main electrical performance debugging,multiple varieties and small batches,and low manufacturing maturity,it has brought about low accuracy of production planning and resource management.this paper starting from the production process design,this paper proposes a production process design method for typical discrete electronic workshops,establishes process modeling data that meets the characteristics of the workshop products,and provides a structured data basis for the accuracy of production planning and fine resource scheduling.
