摘要
高速加工技术是现代先进制造技术之一,可以极大地提高生产效率和加工质量,满足日益复杂的三维曲面形状精度要求,在模具制造、汽车和精密零件加工等领域得到了广泛的应用。基于此,介绍了高速加工的理论、特点,列出了高速加工应用过程中需要注意的关键问题,以及在腔体加工中的应用。
High speed machining technology is one of the modern advanced manufacturing technologies.It can greatly improve the production efficiency and processing quality,and meet the increasingly complex requirements of 3D surface shape accuracy.It has been widely used in mold manufacturing,automobile and precision parts processing.This paper introduces the theory and characteristics of high-speed machining,and lists several key issues that need to be paid attention to in the application of highspeed machining,as well as the application in cavity machining.
