摘要
针对时速160km动力集中动车组在东北高寒地区的运营情况,对集便器系统在日常运行过程中发生的液位100%报警典型故障进行深入分析研究,进行热力学计算,制定解决措施,解决伴热系统存在的问题,保证了旅客乘车的舒适性。
In view of the operation situation of 160 km/h concentrated power EMU in the cold region of northeast China,the typical faults of liquid level 100%alarm occurred in the daily operation process of the vacuum toilet system was deeply analyzed and studied,and thermodynamic calculation was carried out to formulate solutions to solve the problems existing in the heat tracing system,thus ensuring the passenger comfort.
