汽车车桥的柔性自动化焊接控制系统研究

摘要 近年来,市场经济的全球化使得工业、制造业等迎来了新的发展契机。随着汽车销量的日益提升增加,汽车制造行业需要改变传统的制造技术,以提高制造产量,实现制造质量的自动化控制。汽车车桥制造过程中,很多制造企业都积极引进了柔性自动化焊接控制系统,此焊接系统下的焊接工艺更为成熟、安全,能够满足汽车车桥的加工制造精度要求。基于此,分析了汽车车桥柔性自动化焊接控制系统的具体应用,有利于提升汽车车桥的加工质量,使得汽车加工符合实际的使用要求。 In recent years,the formation of the global economic market makes industry and manufacturing industry usher in new development.With the increasing sales of automobiles,the automobile manufacturing industry also needs to change the traditional manufacturing technology to improve the manufacturing output and realize the control of manufacturing quality.In the manufacturing process of automobile axle,many manufacturing enterprises have actively introduced flexible automatic welding control system.The welding process under this welding system is more mature and safe,which can meet the requirements of processing and manufacturing accuracy of automobile axle.Based on this,this paper analyzes the specific application of the flexible automatic welding control system of automobile axle,which is conducive to improve the processing quality of automobile axle and make the automobile processing meet the actual use requirements.
