摘要
随着高校工程训练中心工作任务的加重,其存在的安全隐患也日益增加。基于此,通过对课程参与者安全行为对工程训练中心安全水平的影响因素的分析,将工程训练中心安全水平系统的子系统确定为学生学习态度子系统、教师教学态度子系统、安全检查态度子系统,同时将各个子系统的影响因子分为消极的影响因子和外界干预策略即积极的影响因子。并构建了基于课程参与者安全态度的工程训练中心安全水平的系统动力学(SD)模型,对于提高工程训练中心安全水平具有指导意义。
With the aggravation of the task of engineering training center in colleges and universities,there are more and more hidden dangers.Based on the analysis of the influence factors of the safety behavior of the course participants on the safety level of the engineering training center,the subsystems of the safety level system of the engineering training center are determined as:the learning attitude subsystem of the students,the teaching attitude subsystem of the teachers,and the safety inspection attitude subsystem.At the same time,the influencing factors of each subsystem are divided into two categories:negative influence factors and external intervention strategies Positive impact factors.The SD model of safety level of engineering training center based on the safety attitude of course participants is constructed,which has guiding significance for improving the safety level of engineering training center.
