管输成品油质量不合格的原因分析及控制措施

摘要 针对成品油-条输油管道顺序输送多种油品易发生油品质量事件的问题,对某下载库汽油罐底部油品终馏点不合格、另一下载库柴油罐顶部油品闪点不合格及某油库产生异常混油的3起油品质量事件的原因进行了分析,提出了在尽量减少管输混油量和避免罐内油品分层的前提下控制管输油品质量的措施:一是避免长时间不动罐或长时间高液位发油;二是优化油品下载工艺操作规程;三是制定设备故障闭环管理流程;四是优化混油切割后行油品下载量;五是减少站内管道系统混油;六是根据汽柴油下载量的变化优化混油切割比;七是优化设备选型,提高混油回掺率。 Oil quality incidents are prone to occurwhen using a pipeline totransport a variety of oilproducts in sequence. The.causes,of three oilquantyincidents including unqualified final boiling point at thebottom of a gasoline tank , unqualified flash point at thetop of a diesel tank and abnormal oil mixing inan oildepot are analyzed. On the premise of minimizing theamount of mixed oil in pipeline transportation andavoiding oil stratification in the tank,the measures tocontrol the quality ofpipeline oil productsareputforward : the first is to avoid long - term standing oiltanks or frequent high - level oil delivery;the secondis tooptimizetheoperatingprocedures. ofoildownloading process;thethirdisto formulate..theclosed - loop management process of equipment failure;the fourth is to optimize the.oil download amount aitermixed oil cutting;the fifth is to reduce the oil x1ngamount in the pipeline system in station;the sixth is tooptimize the cutting ratio of mixed oil according to thechanges of gasoline and diesel download;the seventh isto optimize the equipment selection and improve therecycle ratio of mixed oil.
