摘要
针对乙醇具有亲水性,车用乙醇汽油容易出现分层的问题,以92号乙醇汽油(E10)为例,实验考察了含水量、储存温度﹑静置时间等因素影响,结果表明,对于含水量小于0.404%(质量分数)的样品,无论静置储存于室温(15.5℃±2.0℃)还是低温(2.0℃±2℃)环境中,上层溶液中的水分测定值随静置时间变化不明显,即水与乙醇汽油充分互溶﹐几乎不存在水分析出;对于含水量大于等于0.404%(质量分数)的样品,无论静置储存于室温还是低温环境中,含水量越高,随静置储存时间的增加,水分沉降析出越明显,并且储存环境温度越低,水分析出量越多,越容易发生分层现象;储存在低温环境中的含水量大于等于0.404%(质量分数)的样品中有乙醇随水分一起析出,即低温环境不仅促进水分的析出,也会促进乙醇的析出。
In view of the stratification of ethanol gasoline for vehicles due to the hydrophilicity of ethanol,the static tests of two groups of ethanol gasoline(E10)with different water content at room temperature(15.5℃±2.0℃)and low temperature(2.0℃±2.0℃)were carried out to observe the stratification phenomenon and study the effects of water content and storage temperature on the precipitation of water or ethanol.The results show that for the samples with water content less than 0.404%(mass fraction),no water precipitation occurs nomatter whether it isstored atroom temperature or low temperature;for the samples with water content greater than or equal to 0.404%m(ass fraction),whether stored at room temperature or low temperature,with the increase of standing time,the higher the water content is,the more obvious the precipitation of water is,and the lower the storage environment temperature is,the more waterisobtained,andthemoreeasilythe stratification phenomenon occurs;the samples with water content greater than or equal to 0.404%(massfraction)stored in the low-temperature environment show ethanol precipitation along with water,which indicates that the low-temperature environment not only promotes the precipitation of water,but also promotes the precipitation of ethanol.
