不同遮盖时间对远视性弱视患儿临床疗效及立体视功能的影响

Impacts of different covering time on clinical efficacy and stereoscopic function in children with hyperopia amblyopia

目的探究不同遮盖时间对远视性弱视患儿临床疗效及立体视功能的影响。方法选取2016年5月—2018年5月本院眼科接收的远视性弱视患儿128例,按照随机对照原则分成对照组和观察组。对照组患儿64例,每天遮盖远视性弱视眼6 h;观察照组患儿64例,每天遮盖远视性弱视眼12 h。两组患儿同时接受硫酸阿托品眼用凝胶进行7 d散瞳。对弱视眼遮盖12个月后,对比两组患儿的临床疗效、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、治疗时间及立体视功能的重建情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为95.31%、BCVA为(0.96±0.15)、立体视功能重建率为64.06%,均高于对照组的84.38%、0.78±0.11、43.75%(P值均<0.05),观察组治疗时间为(11.64±1.52)月,短于对照组的(13.85±1.84)月,(t=7.408,P<0.05)。结论每天遮盖12 h能够更好治疗远视性弱视眼患儿,提高治疗有效率,提高患儿BCVA,缩短治疗时间,更有利于立体视功能的重建。

Objective To investigate the impacts of different covering time on clinical efficacy and stereoscopic function in children with hyperopia amblyopia.Methods A total of 128 children with hyperopia amblyopia received in a hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and a trial group,with 64 cases in each group.The patients of the control group were covered for hyperopia amblyopia for 6 hours every day,and the cases of the trial group were covered for hyperopia amblyopia for 12 hours every day.The children in both groups were treated with atropine sulfate eye gel for 7 days.After covering amblyopia for 12 months,the clinical efficacy,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),the treatment time,and the reconstruction of stereoscopic function of the two groups were compared.Results In the trial group,the effective rate was 95.31%,BCVA was(0.96±0.15),and the reconstruction rate of stereoscopic function was64.06%,which were higher than those in the control group [84.38%,(0.78±0.11),and 21.88% respectively].The treatment time in the trial group was(11.64±1.52) months,which was less than that in the control group [(13.85±1.84) months],and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.408,P<0.05).Conclusion Covering amblyopia for 12 hours a day can better treat children with hyperopia amblyopia,it can improve the efficacy and BCVA,shorten the treatment time,and is beneficial to the reconstruction of stereoscopic function.
