近20年我国农村卫生领域研究热点及趋势

Research hotspots and trends of rural health in China in the past 20 years

目的了解我国农村卫生领域研究热点及趋势。方法采用共词分析法,以CNKI期刊数据库2000-2019年关于我国农村卫生研究的论文为分析样本,利用Bicomb生成高频关键词及其词篇矩阵和共现矩阵,词篇矩阵导入SPSS中进行分析,共现矩阵导入Ucinet中进行分析。结果农村卫生服务供给侧的改革、农村卫生资源、卫生适宜技术、农民医疗保健制度、农村卫生人员的现状及对策是我国农村卫生研究的热点,农村公共卫生服务、农村医疗卫生改革、农村医务人员发展是研究的发展趋势。结论研究者在持续关注乡村医生、农村卫生服务、新型农村合作医疗及乡镇卫生院等相关研究的同时,可结合医疗卫生的发展,把握互联网这一有力抓手,将侧重点放到农村公共卫生服务质量及农村卫生工作人员医疗水平等方面,提高农村居民的生活健康水平及生活满意度。

Objective To know about the research hotspots and trendsof rural health in China.Methods Co-word analysis was adopted,taking the papers on rural health in China published and included in CNKI journal database from 2000-2019 as analysis samples.Bicombwas used to generate high-frequency keywords and their word matrix and co-occurrence matrix.Word matrix was imported into the SPSS for analysis,and co-occurrence matrix was imported into the Ucinet for analysis.Results Supply-side reform of rural health service,rural health resources,appropriate health technology,rural health care system,rural health personnel status and countermeasures were hotspots of rural health research in China,and rural public health services,rural health care reform,rural medical staff development were the development trends of research.Conclusions While focusing on rural doctors,rural health services,new rural cooperative medical scheme and township health centers,researchers can combine the development of medical and health care with the Internet and place emphasis on the quality of rural public health services and the competence of rural health staff,so as to improve the health level and life satisfaction of rural residents.
