新疆地区基层卫生信息化建设实践与思考——基于全民健康体检角度

Construction of primary health informatization in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region——Practice and reflection from the perspective of health examination for all

新疆维吾尔自治区自2016年开始推进全民免费健康体检工程,不断加强基层卫生信息化建设,居民的基层医疗卫生服务满意度和健康获得感不断提高。文章以新疆为例,对新疆地区基层卫生信息化建设的措施和经验进行梳理归纳,以期为基层卫生信息化建设相关研究和政策改革提供部分参考和借鉴。

Since 2016,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has promoted free health examination project for the whole population and continuously strengthened the construction of primary health informatization,accordingly,the residents’sense of access and satisfaction with primary health services have been continuously improved.Taking Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example,this paper summarized the measures and experience of the construction of primary health informatization in Xinjiang,so as to provide reference for the research and policy reform of the construction of primary health informatization.
