摘要
在已建立的数学模型基础上,建立电磁式换能器的集总参数等效电路模型,分析其作为送受话器的性能和影响因素。建立多物理场有限元分析模型,展示送受话器的声场特性。最后,依据仿真结果改进设计,进行制造和实验。测试结果表明,该设计有效解决了“吸死”现象,提升了送受话器的灵敏度,显著提高了装配效率和良品率。
On the basis of the existing mathematical model,a lumped parameter equivalent circuit model of the electromagnetic electroacoustic transducer is established,and then the performance influencing factors of the electromagnetic electroacoustic transducer serving as microphone and receiver are analyzed.A multi-physical field finite element analysis model of the electromagnetic electroacoustic transducer is built,and the acoustic field characteristics is exhibited.At last,in accordance of the simulation result,the modified electromagnetic electroacoustic transducer is designed,fabricated,and experimented.The test result indicates that,the"magnetic pull-in effect"is solved effectively,and the sensitivity of the microphone and the receiver is increased.Meanwhile,the assembly efficiency and yield has been enhanced significantly.
