摘要 提出了一种基于宽谱光源的光纤采集链插入损耗测试系统,可以测试光纤采集链的插入损耗,从而确保光纤采集链的性能。光纤采集链插入损耗测试系统由宽谱光源、调制器、衰减器、探测组件以及示波器组成。通过观测光纤采集链中每个光纤地震检波器的输入光信号和输出光信号的大小,可以得到光纤采集链中每一个检波器位置对应的插入损耗。在生产光纤采集链的过程中,该系统可在线监测采集链携带的每一个光纤地震检波器以及对应位置的光纤耦合器尾纤盘绕产生的损耗,提高光纤采集链的成品率,并提高光纤采集链的生产效率。 In this paper,the insert loss testing system of optical fiber acquisition link based on broad spectrum light source is proposed.the insert loss can be tested by the system to ensure the performance of the acquisition link.The insert loss testing system is composed of broad spectrum light source,pulse modulator,optical attenuator,optoelectronic detector,and the oscillograph.Through observation of the amplitude of the input and output signal of the fiber-optic seismic geophone,the insert loss of the acquisition link in the corresponding seismic geophone position can be obtained.During the production process of the optical fiber acquisition link,the testing system is able to on-line monitor the loss introduced by the coiled tail fiber of the acquisition link integration,the proposed testing system is capable of improving the yield and the production efficiency of the optical fiber acquisition link.
