摘要
近年来,伴随着我国高密度城市中心区立体化发展诉求的不断增加,空中步行系统作为整合城市要素、缓解地面交通矛盾的重要措施,一直备受推崇。然而,空中步行系统的规划实施往往伴随复杂的土地产权和运营管理问题,且耗资巨大,建设时间较长,在何种建设条件下适合导入空中步行系统,以及如何进行形态与运营导控从而解决规划需求等问题亟待深入研究。文章从动因机制与发展条件、形态特征与运营管控4个方面对国内外3个典型案例进行梳理,总结了既有案例的建设条件及背景,并提出形态及运营导控指标依据,以期为我国城市中心区空中步行系统建设提供相应依据。
With the increasing demand for three-dimensional development of high-density urban central areas in China recently,skyway system,as an important measure to integrate urban elements and alleviate ground traffic contradictions,has been highly respected.However,the planning and implementation of the air walking system is often accompanied by complex land property rights and operation management problems,the cost is huge,and the construction time sequence is long.Under what construction conditions are suitable for the skyway system and how to carry out shape and operation guidance and control in order to solve the planning needs is hard to answer.This paper combs three typical cases from four aspects:motivation mechanism and development conditions,morphological characteristics and operation control,summarizes the construction conditions and background of the existing cases,and puts forward the basis of shape and operation guidance and control index,in order to provide the corresponding basis for the construction of skyway system in urban central area of China.
