摘要
文章在梳理真如副中心文化资源的基础上,对标国际案例的建设指标和发展战略,提出真如副中心文化发展的顶层设计、形象定位、规划策略、实现路径等方面建议。并以铜川路水产市场“城中村”改造为例,通过文化规划研究,以期为真如副中心的开发建设建构新型价值体系,形成真如副中心特有的文化力量,引领和带动区域形象的重塑。
On the basis of sorting out the cultural resources of Zhenru Sub-center,this paper puts forward suggestions on toplevel design,image positioning,planning strategy and implementation path of Zhenru Sub-center culture by benchmarking the construction indicators and development strategies of inter-national cases.Taking Tongchuan road aquatic product market"village in city"transformation as an example,through the cultural planning research,we hope to construct a new value system for the development and construction of Zhenru Sub-center,form the unique cultural power of Zhenru Sub-center,and reshape the regional image to make guidance and drive.
