论新式马桶解决上海老旧小区卫生设施改造难题

Discussion on New Toilet to Resolve the Difficulties of Sanitation Renovation in Shanghai Old Community

上海老旧小区卫生设施改造工作中,部分房屋缺乏排污管网铺设条件,实际操作困难。文中选取了国内外三种新式马桶,包括冰冻马桶、燃烧马桶、真空马桶,通过马桶设备本身的提升来解决改造中遇到的难题。冰冻马桶和燃烧马桶通过改变污物形态的方式,回避了传统的排污管道的铺设。真空马桶通过加压强排的方式优化了排污管道,放宽了排污管道铺设的限制。文章对新式马桶展开技术分析,并与传统抽水马桶对比,最后展望其未来发展。

During the renovation of sanitary facilities in the old community in Shanghai,some houses lacked the drainage pipe network laying conditions,making practical operation difficult.In this article,three new types of toilets at home and abroad are selected,including frozen toilet,combustion toilet,and vacuum toilet.Through the upgrading of the toilet equipment itself,the problems encountered in the transformation are solved.Frozen toilet and combustion toilet avoid the laying of traditional sewage pipes by changing the form of dirt.The vacuum toilet optimizes the sewage pipe by means of pressure and strong exhaustion,and relaxes the restrictions on the laying of the sewage pipe.This article starts a technical analysis of new toilets,compares them with traditional toilets,and finally looks forward to their future development.
