摘要
宁东能源化工基地甲醇制丙烯(MTP)用分子筛催化剂因积碳失活而成为新型的固体废弃物,严重危害环境和基地内的企业的生存,将其资源化利用尤为重要。本文基于对其超细化的基础上,作为聚合物填充剂添加至聚丙烯中,研究了其对PP的结晶、力学等性能的影响。研究结果表明超细化的MTP废弃催化剂粉体有助于促进PP的结晶和改善冲击性能。
The carbon-deposition deactivated columnar molecular sieve catalysts from methanol to propylene (MTP) have become a new solid waste,which seriously harms the environment and threatens the survival of the enterprises in Ningdong energy and chemical industry base.So it is very significant to re-use them as resources.Here they were filled into the polypropylene as an filler based on ultra_fine.The effects of them on the crystallization and mechanical of polypropylene were investigated.The results showed they can enhance the crystallization ability and impact properties of PP.
