现代煤化工行业商业模式创新方向浅析

Analysis on the Innovation Direction of Business Model in Modern Coal Chemical Industry

我国现代煤化工行业的发展和崛起有着自身特殊的环境和意义,然而国际社会环境复杂多变、油价动荡、技术瓶颈、经济效益等问题已经影响到我国现代煤化工企业的生存和发展。本文基于商业模式画布模型及其理论,分析了现代煤化工企业商业模式的问题,初步重构了商业模式的创新方向,为行业健康、持续发展提供拙见。

The development and rise of China’s modern coal chemical industry has its own special environment and significance.However,the complex and changeable international social environment,oil price turbulence,technical bottlenecks,economic benefits and other issues have affected the survival and development of China’s modern coal chemical enterprises.Based on the canvas model of business model and its theory,this paper analyzes the problems of business model of modern coal chemical enterprises,preliminarily reconstructs the innovation direction of business model,and provides my humble opinion for the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
