摘要
从复杂性、随机性、危险性和紧迫性等方面阐述了煤矿应急救援的特点,概括了煤矿应急救援管理过程及响应程序包括:预防、准备、响应和恢复;分析了GIS技术在煤矿应急救援管理中的应用优势,建立了基于GIS技术的煤矿应急救援管理系统,为煤矿应急救援管理提供了高效的技术支持。
This paper expounds the characteristics of coal mine emergency rescue from the aspects of complexity,randomness,danger and urgency,summarizes the management process and response procedures of coal mine emergency brothel,including prevention,preparation,response and recovery;analyzes the application advantages of GIS technology in coal mine emergency rescue management,and establishes the coal mine emergency rescue management system based on GIS technology,so as to provide first aid for coal mine aid management provides efficient technical support.
