摘要
针对某催化装置再生烟气氧含量分析仪取样一次阀堵塞造成仪表失效的现象,提出增加蒸汽反吹管线的解决方法。此方法实施后,能够解决取样一次阀堵塞的问题,保证了仪表长周期稳定运行。
In view of the instrument failure caused by the blockage of the primary sampling valve of the regenerated flue gas oxygen content analyzer in a catalytic device,the solution to increase the steam backwashing pipeline was put forward.After the implementation of this method,it can solve the problem of blockage of the primary sampling valve and ensure the long-term stable operation of the instrument.
