摘要
当前,煤矿工业已经得到快速发展,掘进机施工效率远远超出耙装机施工效率。另外,根据《煤矿安全规程》相关规定,具有煤尘爆炸、瓦斯与煤尘较为突出以及高瓦斯矿井半煤岩与煤巷掘进施工作业,禁止采用耙装机施工形式,所以掘进机施工优势非常明显。对此,本文简单分析挖掘机械组成情况以及拐弯模拟等,对直接拐弯施工中抹角以及开帮施工进行简单阐述,并借助强化顶板维护与支护工作提高生产安全性。
At present,the coal industry has been rapid development,construction of TBM construction efficiency much more than raking machine efficiency.In addition,under the relevant provisions of the safety regulations for coal mine,with coal dust explosions,gas and coal dust of the more prominent and high gassy coal and semi coal and rock roadway excavation construction,the prohibition of the use of raking machine construction forms,so just see the advantages of TBM construction.In this regard,this article briefly turning simulation analysis of the composition of mining machinery and so on,have a direct corner wipe angle and open help in the construction of simple construction exposition,and by strengthening the roof maintenance and support the work of production safety.
