摘要
Beta沸石分子筛是石油化工行业应用非常广泛的一种三维立体结构的高硅沸石,具有优异的催化反应性能,其低成本绿色合成不同粒径大小的沸石分子筛是研究的重点。本文的主要内容为采用准固相法合成不同粒径范围的Beta沸石分子筛,系统考察了晶化时间、TEAOH以及SDS含量等因素对分子筛制备的影响,并采用了扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对合成的Beta沸石分子筛进行了晶体结晶度以及微观形貌的表征。
Beta zeolite molecular sieve is a kind of high-silica zeolite with three-dimensional structure which is widely used in the petrochemical industry.It has excellent catalytic reaction performance,and its low-cost green synthesis of zeolite molecular sieves with different particle sizes is the focus of research.The main content of this paper is to synthesize Beta zeolite molecular sieves with different particle sizes by quasi-solid phase method.The effects of crystallization time,TEAOH,CTAB and SDS contents on the preparation of molecular sieves were systematically investigated.The crystallinity and micromorphology of the synthesized Beta zeolite molecular sieves were characterized by XRDand SEM.
