This paper analyzed the problems existing in the current mine rescue work and the countermeasures in detail,so as to effectively improve the existing mine rescue work methods and improve the efficiency of mine rescue work.Mine rescue work,as an important part of mine work,plays an extremely important role in ensuring the safety of workers,which requires the mine rescue team to make reasonable improvements in view of the problems existing in the current mine rescue,so as to effectively improve the work efficiency of the rescue team by improving the quality of the team and perfecting the management system.The effective improvement of related problems of mine rescue team can realize the comprehensive development of the rescue team to a certain extent,which is conducive to the smooth progress of mine work.
