摘要 该文介绍了在护理硕士专业学位研究生培养过程中医护合作仿真模拟教学案例编制的主要流程,包括成立案例编制团队、收集临床案例、设置教学目标、案例编辑、形成脚本及运用,案例中分别设置医学生任务和护理专业学生任务以及医护合作的环节。提出在编制案例时应注意在满足不同专业需求的同时,要体现医护合作;尽量选择真实的病例作为案例的来源;案例难易程度应与学生理论和实践水平相适应。 This paper mainly introduced the main process of the case development of physician-nurse cooperation simulation-based learning for master of nursing specialist students in our school,including the establishment of a case preparation team,collection of clinical cases,set teaching goals,case editing,and formation of scripts and application.And the cases are set up for medical students and nursing students,as well as medical and nursing cooperation.It is pointed out that when preparing cases,attention should be paid to meeting the needs of different professions,and reflecting the cooperation of medical and nursing care.Besides,trying to choose real cases as the source of cases is also suggested.The degree of difficulty of cases should be compatible with the students'theoretical and practical level.
