摘要 针对CA-3型车钩的缺陷,研发设计了CA-3F型自动车钩。在车钩投入生产前需要分析其结构强度和疲劳强度,并对钩体的可靠性进行分析。利用三维软件建立CA-3F车钩钩体模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,依据国家规定和强度理论对CA-3F车钩进行有限元分析。根据有限元分析结果确定疲劳控制点,利用Goodman-Smith疲劳极限图对钩体进行疲劳强度校核。利用ANSYS中的PDS模块,依据可靠性理论中Monte Carlo方法编写可靠性分析命令,计算CA-3F车钩钩体的可靠度。计算结果表明钩体符合国家规定,钩体的疲劳强度满足要求,钩体可靠度为1,可投入生产。 Aiming at the defects of CA-3 coupler,the CA-3 F automatic coupler was developed and designed.Before the coupler putting into production,its structural strength,fatigue strength and reliability must be analyzed.CA-3 F coupler body model was established by three-dimensional software,and the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze CA-3 F coupler according to national regulations and strength theory.According to the results of finite element analysis,the fatigue control points were determined,and the fatigue strength of hook body was checked by using Goodman Smith fatigue limit diagram.Based on the PDS module in ANSYS and Monte Carlo method in reliability theory,the reliability analysis command was compiled to calculate the reliability of CA-3 F coupler body.The calculation results show that the hook body meets the national requirements,the fatigue strength of the hook body meets the requirements,and the reliability of the hook body is 1,and it can be put into production.
