摘要
实时且精确地检测磁轴承转子位移信息是保证其稳定悬浮的基础,在分析轴向磁轴承悬浮原理、分类及其特点的基础上,详细地阐述了目前磁悬浮轴承转子无位移传感器自检测的主要的方法:PWM载波法、状态估计法、差动变压器分析法和高频信号注入法。进一步阐述了磁悬浮轴承位移自检测技术的发展趋势,为下一步研究提供了理论基础。
The real-time and accurate detection of the rotor displacement information of the magnetic bearing is the basis to ensure its stable suspension.Based on analysis of the suspension principle,classification method and characteristic of axial magnetic bearings,the main methods of sensorless self detection of magnetic bearing rotor were described in detail,including PWM carrier method,state estimation method,differential transformer analysis method and high frequency signal injection method.The development trend of magnetic bearing displacement self detection technology was further elaborated,which provided a theoretical basis for the next research.
