摘要 曳引钢丝绳是电梯的主要受力构件,为了确保电梯的安全运行,要对其在工作过程中的张力情况进行实时检测,当出现张力不均的现象时及时采取有效的调整措施,进而为电梯的安全运行提供可靠保障。将在线检测技术运用于曳引电梯钢丝绳张力的检测工作中,对钢丝绳工作过程中的张力变化情况进行监测,有助于及时排除电梯安全隐患,极大减少电梯运行故障率。 Traction wire rope is the main stress component of the elevator.In order to ensure the safe operation of the elevator,the tension situation in the working process should be detected in real time.When the tension is uneven,effective adjustment measures should be taken in time to provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the elevator.The on-line detection technology was applied to the tension detection of traction elevator steel wire rope.Monitoring the tension change in the process of steel wire rope work was helpful to eliminate the hidden danger of elevator safety and greatly reduce the failure rate of elevator operation.
