基于专利申请的国内外车辆自动变速器驻车挡热点问题研究

The Research Hotspots of Automatic Transmission Parking Technology Based on Patent Application in Domestic and Abroad

专利是车辆企业知识产权布局的主要手段,其体现的是企业研究的热点和方向。驻车挡是车辆自动变速器的重要组成部分,是行车安全的重要保障。通过在中文专利数据库CNABS中检索国内外重要车企在驻车挡领域的专利申请情况,并根据主要车企所申请专利的研究内容,确定当前驻车挡领域的国内外研究热点问题。通过分析国内车企对热点问题解决的方式,从专利角度揭示国外与国内解决问题的不同出发点,有助于国内车企掌握当前行业研究热点,对车企明确技术研究方向有一定的参考意义。

Patent is the main means of intellectual property layout of vehicle enterprises, which embody the research hotspots and research direction of enterprise. Parking technology is an important part of automatic transmission and the guarantee of driving safety. The patent applications of mainly vehicle enterprisesin parking technology were searched in CNABS patent database, the research hotspots were revealed according to research content in patent application. The different solutions points of enterprises in domestic and aboard were revealed. The current research hotspot of the industry were mastered by domestic enterprises, and a certain reference significance for domestic vehicle enterprises to make clear the research direction of parking technology.
