摘要
泵的汽蚀余量是泵的一个重要参数。为了确定泵的汽蚀余量的试验方法,对泵的汽蚀余量的理论计算公式进行了推导,对影响汽蚀余量的因素进行了分析,根据影响汽蚀余量的因素,讨论了泵汽蚀试验的3种具体试验方法,并对3种试验方法做了对比。结果表明,应根据不同的试验条件和要求,选择相应的汽蚀试验方法。
The NPSH of pump is an important parameter of pump.In order to determine the test method of pump NPSH,the theoretical calculation formula of NPSH was deduced,the factors affecting NPSH was analyzed.According to the factors affecting NPSH,three specific test methods of NPSH test were discussed and compared.The results show that the corresponding cavitation test method should be selected according to different test conditions and requirements.
