摘要
为了有效实施环境保护和节能减排,倡导可持续发展的循环经济,通过引进技术装备与自主创新相结合,将热电工业水清水用量下降3 500 t/天,热电污染物SO2年排放量减少132 t,NOx年排放量减少350 t,并投运湿电除尘系统,达到超洁净排放、年排污费用降低的效果。通过固废处理及回收利用,进一步提高了热电生产系统的绿色环保及可持续性发展性。
In order to effectively implement environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction, and advocate sustainable development of circular economy, through the combination of introduction of technical equipment and independent innovation, the water consumption of thermal power industry was reduced by 3 500 t/day, the annual emission of SO2 and NOxwas reduced by 132 t and 350 t respectively. The wet electrostatic precipitator system was put into operation to achieve the effect of ultra clean emission and reduction of annual emission cost. Through solid waste treatment and recycling, the green environmental protection and sustainable development of thermal power production system were further improved.
