摘要
针对传统汽车发动机冷却水泵无法自适应控制冷却液流量、冷却效率不高的问题,设计一种发动机智能冷却水泵控制系统。讨论了控制系统的总体架构设计方案、硬件电路结构以及软件设计思路。系统通过汽车专用MC9S12型单片机与相应传感器连接,对发动机工作环境中的冷却液温度进行测量,将采集到的冷却液温度信息传递给控制器,控制器根据散热需求调整水泵与风扇的转速,实现对汽车发动机水泵的智能控制。系统可在不同工作环境中根据传感器采集到的环境数据,及时、准确地改变发动机冷却泵的工作状态。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional cooling water pump of automobile engine can not control the flow of coolant adaptively and the cooling efficiency was not high,an intelligent cooling water pump control system of engine was designed.The overall architecture design,hardware circuit structure and software design idea of the control system were discussed.The system is connected with the corresponding sensor by the MC9 S12 single-chip microcomputer,which measures the coolant temperature in the working environment of the engine,and transmits the collected coolant temperature information to the controller.The controller adjusts the rotation speed of the water pump and the fan according to the heat dissipation demand,so as to realize the intelligent control of the water pump of the automobile engine.The system can change the working state of engine cooling pump accurately and timely according to the environmental data collected by sensors in different working environments.
