摘要 装配式建筑发展迅速,建筑行业对钢丝网板的需求不断增加,传统的人工生产已无法满足市场需求。根据钢丝网板加工要求,设计一种自动化钢丝网板插丝机系统。机械结构设计中,以模块化设计为主线,将插丝机系统分为送料机构、插丝机构、焊接机构和出来机构进行模块化设计,减小机械结构的复杂性,提高各机构的运行精度,并使自动化程序控制更加简单。程序设计中,选择PC Link网,通过RS-422A/485选件板完成3台PLC的数据共享,实现插丝机PLC网络控制。在1100次自动生产试验中,插丝机正常运行率为91.09%,不停机故障率为7.64%,停机故障率为1.27%。该系统将机、电、气进行有效结合,实现了钢丝网苯板的自动化生产,使插丝机系统能够安全、稳定、高效地运行。 With the rapid development of prefabricated buildings and the increasing demand for steel wire mesh in the construction industry,the traditional manual production has been unable to meet the market demand.According to the requirements of steel mesh processing,an automatic steel mesh inserting machine system was designed.In the mechanical structure design,taking the modular design as the main line,the system of the inserting machine is divided into feeding mechanism,inserting mechanism,welding mechanism and coming out mechanism for modular design,so as to reduce the complexity of the mechanical structure,improve the operation accuracy of each mechanism,and make the automatic program control more simple.The PC link network was selected,and the data sharing of three PLCs was completed by RS-422 A/485 option board to realize the PLC network control of the inserting machine.In 1100 automatic production tests,the normal operation rate of the inserting machine was 91.09%,the non-stop failure rate was 7.64%,and the stop failure rate was 1.27%.The system combines machine,electricity and gas effectively,realizes the automatic production of steel wire mesh benzene plate,and enables the system to operate safely,stably and efficiently.
