基于视觉定位的智能贺卡贴钻机的研究与开发

摘要 目前,贺卡制作行业人工贴胶钻效率低、不良品率高,利用机械设计与制造技术、自动化控制技术及软件应用开发技术,设计了一种基于视觉定位的智能贺卡贴钻机,并介绍了该贴钻机的设计方案。通过试验,机器运行顺畅、工作稳定,达到预期的技术指标。全自动贴钻机能够代替人工完成胶钻的黏贴工作,效率高、成本低、操作简易,具有较好的经济及社会效益。 In view of the shortcomings of low efficiency and high rate of defective products in the present greeting card making industry,a intelligent drilling machina on greeting card based on visual positioninga was proposed.The design scheme of sticking drilling machine was introduced,using mechanical design and manufacturing technology,automation control technology,software application development technology.Through the test,the machine runs smoothly,works stably and achieves the expected technical index.The fully automatic sticking drill can replace the manual sticking of the rubber drill,with high efficiency,low cost,simple operation,and great economic and social benefits.
