摘要
为提高矿井无轨胶轮车调度管理的自动化水平,设计了一种无轨胶轮车智能调度管理系统。详细介绍了无轨胶轮车智能调度系统的技术框架,提出了无轨胶轮车位置的精确定位策略、矿井交通安全管控及车载终端的应用策略,总结了无轨胶轮车自动化管理流程。通过在矿井中应用该系统,可显著增强调度信息的共享能力及无轨胶轮车的运输效率,可达到显著提高无轨胶轮车调度管理水平的目的。
In order to improve the automation level of trackless rubber tire vehicle dispatching management,a smart trackless rubber tire vehicle dispatching management system was designed.The technical framework of the intelligent dispatching system of the trackless rubber tire vehicle was introduced in detail,the strategy for the precise positioning of the trackless rubber tire vehicle location,the application strategy of the mine traffic safety control,and the on-board terminal were proposed.The application of the system in the system can significantly enhance the ability to share dispatching information and the efficiency of trackless rubber trucks,and can significantly improve the level of trackless rubber truck scheduling management.
