摘要
注胶工序是建筑幕墙生产过程中的关键环节,传统的人工注胶劳动强度大、精度低、注胶不均且浪费多。介绍一种集成自动化与智能制造技术的智能注胶单元,并对其结构组成、工作原理、作业流程和在建筑幕墙行业的应用进行探讨分析。该技术集成三轴桁架、注胶机、三关节机器人、智能视觉系统、激光传感及电连接上述部件的控制系统,在各子模块的相互配合下实现全方位多角度智能注胶。通过智能注胶单元在幕墙企业的现场应用,验证了智能注胶单元的效果和优势。
Glue-injection process is the key link in the production of building curtain wall,the traditional artificial glue-injection has high labor,low precision,uneven injection and much waste.An intelligent glue-injection unit of integrating automation and intelligent manufacturing technology was introduced,its structure composition,working principle,working flow and application in building curtain wall industry were discussed and analyzed.The technology integrates three-axis truss,glue-injection machine,three joint robot,vision system,laser sensing,and control system connected to the above parts electrically,under the cooperation of each sub-module coordination,intelligent glue-injection can be realized all-roundnd multi-angle.The effect and advantage of intelligent glue-injection unit were verified by applying intelligent glue-injection unit in building curtain wall industry.
