摘要 随着人力成本的不断上升,自动化物料分拣设备市场出现爆炸式增长。设计了基于PLC的物料分拣控制系统,以可编程控制器为核心,选用电感式接近开关,光纤传感器对不同材质、不同颜色的工件进行自动分拣,并采用变频器对三相异步电机进行变频调速,根据控制要求完成了PLC选型、I/O分配、程序设计。整个系统运行稳定、控制可靠,可以有效提高生产效率。 With the continuous rise of human cost,the market of automatic material sorting equipment is growing explosively.The material sorting control system based on PLC was designed.With the programmable controller as the core,the inductive proximity switch and optical fiber sensor were used to automatically sort different materials and colors of workpieces,and the frequency converter was used to speed up the three-phase asynchronous motor.According to the control requirements,PLC selection,I/O distribution and program design were completed.The whole system is stable in operation and reliable in control,which can effectively improve the production efficiency.
