摘要
为使采煤机截割电机能更好地满足实际生产需求,基于采煤机截割电机工作现状,对采煤机截割电机进行了优化设计。具体介绍了优化设计的主要理论基础,并重点对采煤机截割电机水冷结构以及采煤机与截割电机的组合结构进行了优化设计。实际应用结果表明,经优化设计后的采煤机截割电机,适应性更强,截割负荷进一步提高,能很好地满足采煤工作需求。此项优化值得进一步推广与应用。
In order to make the shearer cutting motor can better meet the actual production requirements,based on the working status of the shearer cutting motor,the shearer cutting motor was optimized.The main theoretical basis of optimization design was introduced in detail.The water cooling structure of shearer cutting motor and the combination structure of shearer and cutting motor were optimized.The practical application results show that the optimized shearer cutting motor has stronger adaptability and cutting load is further improved,which can meet the needs of coal mining.This optimization is worthy of further promotion and application.
