摘要 在借鉴原有超声波技术的基础上增加移动喷淋、超声波次数、清洗(漂洗)以及移动风切等工序,研制了新型超声波清洗机。介绍了超声波清洗机的工作过程及控制要求,详细叙述超声波清洗机在设计制造过程中PLC部件和其他元器件的选型以及控制逻辑程序的编写。利用超声波原理的清洗机操作简单,清洗效果满足要求,控制系统运行可靠,维护方便。 Based on the original ultrasonic technology,the mobile spraying,ultrasonic frequency,cleaning(rinsing)and mobile wind cutting were added to develop a new ultrasonic cleaning machine.The working process and control requirements of the ultrasonic cleaning machine were introduced,and the selection of PLC components and other components and the preparation of the control logic program in the design and manufacturing process of the ultrasonic cleaning machine were described in detail.The cleaning machine using the ultrasonic principle is simple to operate,the cleaning effect meets the requirements,the control system is reliable,and the maintenance is convenient.
