一种冗余式带反吹扫结构的阻火器设计

摘要 通过对工业应用中常规阻火器易堵塞无法实现在线清理的问题进行分析研究,设计了一种冗余式带反吹扫结构的新型阻火器。采用主、辅路切换,引入压缩空气吹扫,可实现在不中断介质流通的前提下,无需拆卸设备即可实现对阻火器滤芯单元进行吹扫清堵,具有保障生产连续性、维护方便、安全可靠等系列优点,有非常好的应用前景和经济实用价值。 through the analysis and research on the problem that the conventional flame arrester is easy to be clogged and unable to realize on-line cleaning in industrial application, a new type of redundant flame arrester with back purge structure was designed. By switching the main and auxiliary circuits and introducing compressed air purging, the flame arrester filter element can be cleaned and blocked without interrupting the medium circulation without dismantling the equipment. It has a series of advantages such as ensuring the continuity of production, convenient maintenance, safety and reliability, and has a very good application prospect and economic and practical value.
