摘要
基于刚性冲击所造成的破坏性较大问题,提出一种冲击系数的研究方法和有效应用橡胶弹簧的改善结构。通过建立典型冲击模型,采用冲击系数原理和动力学基本原理对滑行类游艺机斜坡防撞典型冲击结构进行分析和计算。经过验证和对比有无橡胶弹簧缓冲下的冲击系数结果,得出无缓冲下的冲击要远比有缓冲情况更恶劣,并验证有缓冲作用下冲击得到明显改善,为斜坡防撞的典型冲击结构总结出较为精确的冲击系数计算方法,为冲击系数的有效应用和重要性提供有力依据。
Based on the large destructive problem caused by rigid impact,a research method of impact coefficient and an effective application of rubber spring to improve the structure were proposed.Through the establishment of a typical impact model,using the impact coefficient principle and the dynamic basic principle to analyze and calculate the typical impact structure of sliding amusement machine slope anti-collision,through the verification and comparison of the impact coefficient results with and without rubber spring buffer,it is concluded that the impact without buffer is far worse than that with buffer,and the impact with buffer is significantly improved the typical impact structure of slope anti-collision summarizes a more accurate calculation method of impact coefficient,which provides a strong basis for the effective application and importance of impact coefficient.
