双层共挤技术在电动汽车车内高压电缆的应用

摘要 为满足新能源汽车内部高压电缆的更高需求,采用在绝缘层上增加厚度0.3 mm左右的半导电屏蔽层的方式,可以避免编织层镶嵌在绝缘材料上或铝塑复合带致使绝缘老化发黄、屏蔽铜丝氧化的问题。传统挤出工艺分两次挤出半导电屏蔽层和绝缘层,出现偏心质量差、结合面不够紧密、接触面受到污染和损伤等问题,工艺繁琐且不同材料之间存在兼容性。使用双层共挤技术,对模具结构进行重新设计,由两台挤出机共用一套挤出模具,同时把半导电屏蔽层和绝缘层挤包导体上,有效优化使用传统挤出工艺出现的问题。 In order to meet the higher demand of high voltage cable inside new energy vehicles,a semi-conductive shielding layer with a thickness of about0.3 mm was added to the insulation layer,that can avoid braided layer embedded in the insulation material or aluminum-plastic composite strip caused by aging insulation yellowing,shielding copper wire oxidation problems.The traditional extrusion process is divided into two extruding semi-conductive shielding layer and insulating layer,and the problems such as poor eccentric quality,insufficient bonding,surface pollution and damage of contact surface appear.The process is complicated and there is compatibility between different materials.the double-layer co-extrusion technology was used,and the die structure was redesigned.Two extruders share one set of extrusion die,and the semi-conductive shielding layer and insulating layer were squeezed on the conductor at the same time,so as to effectively optimize the problems in using the traditional extrusion technology.
