针对一起典型的叉车货叉断裂案例,结合现场检查结果,分析了叉车货叉断裂的主要原因包括使用环境恶劣、使用操作不规范、维护保养不到位3个方面。为了更好地掌握货叉的检验要求,依据货叉相关的法规和标准对货叉检验内容和要求进行总结归纳,并提出一些防范措施与建议。

In view of a typical case of forklift fork fracture,combined with the on-site inspection results,the main reasons of forklift fork fracture were analyzed,including bad operating environment,non-standard operation and poor maintenance.In order to better grasp the inspection requirements of cargo fork,the content and requirements of cargo fork inspection were summarized according to relevant laws and standards of cargo fork,and some preventive measures and suggestions were put forward.
