光伏电站一类烧负极熔断器故障原因分析

摘要 针对个别光伏电站频发烧负极熔断器故障,通过对汇流箱、熔断器底座进行结构分析,同时拆解比对不同品牌的熔断器底座,发现因汇流箱结构布置原因,负极区域比正极区域普遍要高至少10℃,而A品牌的熔断器底座触头卡簧开口距离设计较大,易造成与熔断器端头接触不良发热的问题。对光伏电站提出了纠正建议,为此类故障今后分析处理提供了一种思路。 In view of the failure of some photovoltaic power station negative fuse,through the structure analysis of junction box and fuse base,and the disassembly and comparison of fuse bases of different brands,it was found that the negative area is generally at least 10℃higher than the positive area due to the structural layout of the combiner box,while the design of the contact spring opening distance of the fuse base of brand A was larger,which caused the problems of poor contact with the end of fuse and heating.Corrective suggestions were put forward for photovoltaic power plants,which provided a way of thinking for future analysis and treatment of such failures.
