摘要
凿岩机是台车上精密的部件,结构复杂,其故障伴随着各种原因以及高额的零件更换费用。以COP1238K凿岩机为例,从凿岩机工作原理入手,结合日常使用和维护保养时所发现的不当操作,分析造成该故障的原因,提出解决故障并延长零件使用寿命的办法,达到提高使用效率、节约使用成本的目的。
Rock drill is a precise component on the jumbo with complex structure.Its failure is accompanied by various reasons and high cost of parts replacement.Taking COP1238 K rock drill as an example,starting from the working principle of rock drill,combined with the improper operation found in daily use and maintenance,the causes of the fault were analyzed,and the methods to solve the fault and prolong the service life of parts were put forward,so as to improve the use efficiency and save the use cost.
