摘要
受炉役后期冷却壁管水管大量破损及原燃料频繁变料的影响,酒钢4号高炉自2020年3月19日开始实践使用中心加焦,达到控制冷却壁破损、稳定炉况、降低操作难度的目的。就酒钢4号高炉在选择中心加焦的条件,使用中心加焦过程中炉况出现的变化以及效果进行了对比分析。
Due to the influence of a large number of damaged cooling stave pipes and water pipes and frequent material change of raw materials and fuels in the later stage of furnace service,Jiuquan Steel's No.4 blast furnace began to use central coke charging since March 19,2020,so as to control the damage of cooling stave,stabilize furnace conditions and reduce the operation difficulty.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the conditions for the selection of central coke charging,the changes of furnace conditions and the effects in the process of using the center coke.
