摘要
介绍了某钢厂研发生产屈曲约束支撑核心单元用高伸长率Q235B钢板的工艺及实物性能。通过分析化学元素及轧制工艺对钢板性能的影响,设计了合理的化学成分及轧制工艺,成功生产出高伸长率Q235B钢板,并对钢板性能进行测试,结果表明:钢板综合力学性能良好,特别是伸长率可达到30%以上,完全满足用户对钢板性能提出的技术要求。
This paper introdunced the production process and actual product performances of high elongation Q235B steel plate for buckling restrained brace core units by a steel mill.Q235B steel plate with high elongation was successfully produced by analyzing the influence of chemical elements and rolling process on the properties of steel plate.The reasonable chemical composition and rolling technology were designed.The performance of the steel plate was tested.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the steel plate was good,especially the elongation could reach more than 30%,which completely met the technical requirements of the users.
