The Continuous Galvanizing Line of Jiuquan Iron&Steel(Group)Co.Ltd.,is a highly automated production line,and its automation system consists of basic automatic control system and process control system.This paper describes the problems existing in the operation of the pracess control system,and its optimization method,also gives the final optimization results,which offers reference for new galvanizing product development of JISCO.
