摘要
通过开展中试试验,研究了浸没式超滤膜替代V型滤池处理冶金工业废水的效果及膜污染清洗方式,并与现有V型滤池出水水质、运行成本进行了比较。试验结果表明,膜通量为30 L/(m^2·h)时,膜过滤出水浊度小于0.7 NTU、COD小于30 mg/L、总铁小于0.2 mg/L,吨水运行成本0.278元/m 3,其运行成本较高,但出水水质及稳定性均优于V型滤池,可直接用于反渗透系统,表明V型滤池改造为浸没式超滤膜的方案是可行的。
A pilot test was carried out to study the effect of submerged ultrafiltration membrane on treating metallurgical industrial wastewater instead of V-type filter and the cleaning method of membrane contamination.Test results show that the membrane flux of 30 L/(m·h 2),membrane filtration water is less than 0.7 NTU turbidity and COD is less than 30 mg/L,total iron is less than 0.2 mg/L,tons of water running cost 0.278 yuan/m 3,the running cost is higher,but the water quality and stability are better than V filter,can be directly used in reverse osmosis system,show that V type filter for immersion of ultrafiltration membrane scheme is feasible.
