关于运输部内燃机车点检和运用的探讨

Discussion on Spot Inspection and Application of Diesel Locomotive in Ministry of Transport

运输部是酒钢集团公司宏兴股份公司下的二级保产单位,内燃机车作为铁路运输的牵引动力,是运输部的主要设备,兰州铁路局分别于2009年3月和2011年6月进行了两次增吨牵引实验,并付诸实施,加之公司点检定修存在的周期过长等问题,造成目前内燃机车在使用中临修增多,对安全、正点、高效运输产生了较大影响,从内燃机车的点检定修和内燃机车的运用入手进行探讨和分析,对安全高效完成铁路运输任务具有一定指导意义。

The ministry of transport is the second level production guarantee unit under Hongxing Co.Ltd.of Jiuquan iron and steel group.As the traction power of railway transportation,diesel locomotive is the main equipment of the ministry of transport.Lanzhou Railway Bureau carried out two tons increasing traction experiments in March 2009 and June 2011 respectively,and put them into practice.In addition,the problems such as the long period of spot inspection and regular repair of the company result in the use of diesel locomotive at present.The increase of temporary repair has a great impact on the safety,punctuality and efficient transportation.This paper discusses and analyzes the spot inspection and regular repair of diesel locomotives and the application of diesel locomotives,which has certain guiding significance for the safe and efficient completion of railway transportation tasks.
