摘要
为了研究芽孢杆菌Y-54在黄瓜体内的定殖动态变化以及对黄瓜枯萎病的生防作用,测定了菌株Y-54对黄瓜枯萎病病原菌的抑制作用,以盆栽试验测定其对黄瓜枯萎病的防效,并利用利福平(Rif)对该菌株进行标记,对黄瓜幼苗进行定殖动态研究。结果表明,菌株Y-54对黄瓜枯萎病病原菌有明显的抑制作用,抑制率77.07%。菌株Y-54可在黄瓜的根、茎、叶部稳定定殖,定殖量在各部位均呈现“先增后减”的消长动态,定殖数量为根部>叶部>茎部。防效试验表明,施用后第7天和第14天,菌株发酵原液对黄瓜枯萎病的防效达75.0%和65.4%,显著高于多菌灵的防效。芽孢杆菌Y-54是一株具有优良生防潜力的菌株。
In order to research the colonization dynamic of Bacillus Y-54 and its biocontrol effect in cucumber,the inhibitory effect of strain Y-54 on several pathogens is tested in this paper.The control effect on cucumber Fusarium wilt was determined with the pot experiment and the colonization dynamic changes of strains Y-54 was studied in cucumbers,tomatoes and peppers with antibiotics(Rif)labeling method.The results showed that the strain Y-54 had a significant inhibitory effect on F.oxysporum.sp.cucumebrium,which inhibitory rate was 77.07%;Strain Y-54 could colonize the roots,stems and leaves of cucumbers steadily,and the number of colonization in each organ showed first increasing and then decreasing degradation dynamics.The colonization quantity was shown as root>leaf>stem.The control effect of crude fermentation solution on cucumber Fusarium wilt was 75.0% and 65.4%respectively on the 7th d and 14th d which was significantly higher than that of carbendazim.To sum up,strain Y-54 was a strain with excellent biocontrol potential.
