0~28日龄塔里木鸽生长发育规律的研究

Study on the Growth and Development of Tarim Pigeons(Columba livia)at 0 to 28 Days of Age

选取70只0日龄塔里木鸽(Columba livia),分别在0、3、7、10、15、21及28日龄测定其体重、体尺指标。结果表明,塔里木鸽具有早期生长发育快的特点,累积生长曲线呈S形,绝对生长曲线呈现两个明显的拐点,相对生长曲线在21日龄前呈下降趋势并在21日龄时达到最低值;塔里木鸽体重与胸宽、胸深、龙骨长、胫长、体斜长存在极显著正相关(P<0.01),体重与胫长和龙骨长的相关系数最高,分别为0.957和0.953。塔里木鸽早期生长发育快,根据其生长发育规律提示应加强21日龄前后雏鸽饲养管理;胫长和龙骨长可以作为塔里木鸽的早期选育指标。

70 Tarim pigeons(Columba livia)at o old day were selected and their body weight and size indexes were measured at 0,3,7,10,15,21 and 28 days of age,respectively.The results showed that Tarim pigeons had the characteristics of rapid growth and development in the early stage.The cumulative growth curve showed an S-shaped curve,the absolute growth curve showed two obvious inflection points,and the relative growth curve showed a downward trend before the 21-day age and reached the minimum value at the 21-day age.There was a significant positive correlation between body weight and chest width,chest depth,keel length,tibia length and body oblique length(P<0.01),and the highest correlation coefficients between body weight and tibia length and keel length were 0.957 and 0.953,respectively.It was concluded that the early growth and development of Tarim pigeon was fast.According to its growth and development at the early stage,it was suggested that the feeding management of squab before and after 21 days of age should be strengthened and the tibia length and the keel length can be used as early breeding indexes of Tarim pigeons.
